Lomverick AI provides workflow optimisation, process automation, document management, and team coordination services. Our services are designed to help organisations improve their operational efficiency and coordination.

Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, clients agree to:

- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our methodologies, frameworks, tools, and materials remain the property of Lomverick AI unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data and materials provided to us.
Upon completion of services and receipt of payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables created specifically for them in connection with their internal operations.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This includes business processes, technical systems, strategic plans, and any other proprietary information.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of services for a period of three years unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Lomverick AI provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. For ongoing engagements, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Modifications to individual service agreements require written consent from both parties.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients will pay for services rendered up to the termination date, and we will return or destroy client materials as requested.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
